Leggett & Platt Falcon Adjustable Base Review

The Leggett & Platt Falcon is almost a perfect adjustable base. The price point is low and the features are high. Leggett & Platt have designed a base that is going to be very hard to beat. 

FRAME

The frame of the Falcon has been compressed to a 2” profile foundation. The frame can now be easily placed into your standard size bed frame. The weight capacity on the falcon is 800lbs, significantly higher than many other frames in this price point. 

MICROHOOK RETENTION SYSTEM

The Leggett & Platt Falcon adjustable base has been outfitted with their new MircoHook Retention system that helps keep your mattress in place without the use of a retention bar. Two bands of velcro like material attach to the mattress and keep it from sliding around during adjustment. If you choose to use a bed skirt with your base you will cover up the retention strips and need to use a retention bar. Fortunately, it's included with your base.

FEATURES

The wireless remote that is included gives you the ability to raise and lower the bed into positions that you choose. The fabric that the frame is encased in, is a contemporary gray color. Making it an easy piece to blend in with decorating plans. The incredibly quiet motor allows you to move the bed without waking up the entire house.
