Leggett And Platt Prodigy 2.0 Adjustable Base Vs Sealy Reflexion 4 Adjustable Base

The  Sealy Reflexion 4 and the Leggett and Platt Prodigy 2.0 are two adjustable bases that are easily compared side by side. They are in the same price category and both have quite a few features. Both have wall hugging technology and a nightlight option. The similarities end rather quickly though as one comes out a clear winner.
First will start off with the obvious. The Sealy Reflexion 4 looks somewhat similar to the Leggett and Platt Prodigy 2.0, until your eyes run all the way down to the end and you see the bold retainer bar. The prodigy 2.0 doesn’t have a retainer bar. A new system was created to keep your mattress in place. The microhook system features two strips through the middle of the bed that keep your mattress in place no matter what position the base is in. You no longer need a mattress retainer bar to keep your mattress in place. For those of you who plan on using a dust ruffle, you will still need the retainer bar. Fortunately, it is still included with your adjustable base at no additional cost.

REMOTE DIFFERENCES

The next obvious difference is the remote. The Reflexion 4 has a wireless remote with lots of buttons and program options. It looks like a standard remote you would see for lots of things. The remote for the Prodigy 2.0 is also wireless and includes a base. The remote is sleek and very flat. If you are not impressed with the remote, how about you use your own phone? The Prodigy 2.0 even has an app that will work with your phone. This mobile app gives you full control over every aspect of the Prodigy adjustable base and includes additional functionality like gentle wake alarm clocks to wake you up with massage rather than a blaring alarm. There are USB ports on both sides of the bed to make charging your phone easy.

DIFFERENT LEGS

The Leggett and Platt Prodigy 2.0 has telescopic legs that make adjustments easy. These newly redesigned legs are pressure tested up to 2200lbs and allow you to customize your bed height. Choose between 6-10" in height by simply clicking the tabs and extending the legs.
The Sealy Reflexion 4 and Leggett and Platt Prodigy 2.0 are both very wise purchases. It is just hard to deny that Leggett and Platt really packed the Prodigy 2.0 with features that you can’t really find anywhere else at this price point, making the Prodigy 2.0 the clear winner in this competition.

Sealy Reflexion 4 Adjustable Base Review

bedplanet-reflexion-4.jpg
The Reflexion 4 Adjustable Base brings premium design and construction right into your bedroom. The Reflexion is wrapped in high grade fabric that is durable while still being soft to the touch. The 6.5” furniture grade wooden legs add a beautiful touch to the design aesthetic. A nightlight is built into the bottom of the base. Ambient light is created that can make it easier to see during the night or early morning.

PROGRAMS

Three pre-programmed positions are present on the adjustable base. Zero gravity raises both your head and your legs to create an ideal comfort level. Lounge mode raises the head and lowers the feet. Incline mode slightly raises the headrest and allows you to sleep at a slight incline. This position helps to alleviate snoring. A one-touch flat program is also present and will take the bed back down to the standard position.

REMOTE

The wireless remote gives you the ability to control the headrest and the footrest. The massage aspect of the base can be fully controlled from the remote. You can choose between full body massage or the wave feature. Three levels of intensity can be adjusted as well as which zone is active.

WALLHUGGER

All this movement doesn’t mean you will be out of reach from your nightstand. The Navigate utilizes Wallhugger technology. Bases with Wallhugger engineering lift you up while simultaneously gliding you back, keeping you within arms reach of your nightstand. Wallhugger technology is present on many different adjustable bases. It is still a key feature, especially if you have experienced a base that doesn’t have some form of the technology.
The Reflexion 4 Adjustable base supplies you with the perfect setting for getting a restful nights sleep, each and every single night.
